Frisbee Central has moved back to Diablo Fields. We're sorry for any confusion.

Masters/Mixed will be located at Diablo on Saturday. Open/Women will be located at Benedict on Saturday. Divisions have varying schedules on Sunday but start out the same place as Saturday.

Captains meetings will be held at 8:15. Masters and Mixed are at Diablo. Open and Women are at Benedict. We will have water/bagels/fruit/programs at Benedict for the open/women's teams.

Tournament Fees and Deadlines

  • The entry fee is $230/team. Your entry fee and team information must be postmarked by Friday September 19th.
  • Please include your team name, contact email address, telephone number, and division (masters, women, open, mixed) with your entry fee.
  • Make checks out to "VOTS" and mail them to:

  • Teams who withdraw by the end of the day on October 1st will receive a full refund. Notification must be sent by email to RegionalsTD@vots.org.
  • All teams that attend will receive a pro-rated refund after the tournament if we have a significant budget surplus and their bid was postmarked by the September 19th deadline.

  • We have rooms blocked until October 3rd. After that, the rate is still good provided there are rooms available.

Party

In order to keep the budget down, there will not be a formal party. We will have kegs of beer and music at Diablo fields after the games on Saturday. We were unable to work food into the budget. So join us for a beer before heading out to dinner.
